The Earnhardt family’s dedication to the well-being of the community is also legendary. Various charities and needy causes benefit from the Tex Earnhardt foundation, a nonprofit corporation designed to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Arizona through a variety of ongoing state-wide programs.
Inspired by the Earnhardt family, many of their employees participate in a company charity program called No Bull Charities., whereby donations are given to a different charity each quarter.
These charities include (but are not limited to):
- Armed Forces Relief Trust
- Paz de Cristo
- Arizona Humane Society
- Hospice of the Valley
- Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation
- United Food Bank
- PACC 911 (Phoenix Animal Care Coalition, an animal rescue group) and others
The Earnhardt’s have also supported the 100 Club to benefit the families of fallen first responders, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley, and the East Valley Child Crisis Center. They worked with the Governor’s Office for Children, Youth and Families to help promote the sale of child abuse prevention license plates. Another favorite and long-time charity program at all Earnhardt dealerships is the Second Chance Bike Drive, which benefits Arizona kids in need. The sale of a commemorative Tex Earnhardt T-shirt helped raise thousands for the charitable group, the Chandler Compadres.
